The Community Relations Director spearheads the census development strategy and develops, implements, and monitors the yearly and long-range marketing strategy and plan, as well as organizing the move-in process and resident transitions.  This person will be our “Champion of First Impressions”, our “Relationship Builder” and “Event Planner”.  The Community Relations Director oversees the dynamic work environment which includes recruitment, onboarding, culture, and retention.
